Mentorship

You’re used to knowing what to do and being the person to make things happen, right?

When I work with leaders, they often tell me that they have worked incredibly hard to get where they are, but it’s just not cutting it anymore.

Something happened. Maybe that something is a big loss or life change.

Maybe that something is the realization that you want more in your life than what working hard is providing. You’re feeling something pull you to deepen your purpose and connection with what matters most.

Perhaps, you’re prioritizing what really matters and it will require you to live life from a very different approach.

Doing things differently, especially after you have a track record of creating success the way you have, is scary. But you can’t deny that you know there is something more to life and you’re willing to explore what that is.

And that’s where I come in.

I walk with you to listen to your intuition, follow your true path forward, and navigate creating a life that not only looks successful from the outside but it’s fulfilling and on purpose from your soul.

Whether it’s navigating grief or reaching that next milestone in your life completely in alignment with your purpose, I’d love to talk with you.

There is something comforting about learning how to walk through loss and grief in a small group setting. It brought to the surface things I didn't even know were in me. After going through the Grief Recovery Course, I was so much more aware and accepting of the losses in life. Even though the work was focused on one loss, I am finding that it helps me in the inevitable sorrows of life. I can give myself permission to be in a place of loss without trying to justify it or rationalize it away. Ultimately that has helped me find meaning in the inevitable losses of life. Thanks, Debbie, for facilitating healing and giving tools that help in so many contexts!
